Summer is trying to make an appearance. We have had some sunny days and everyone smiles in the sunshine. For the month of May we are focusing on The Darling Beers of May with beautiful fresh, vibrant, youthful beers to herald the arrival of summer. Our Terrace is looking good and is a great place to spend a lazy afternoon having some delicious food and some of our great beers.
We are reaching the finals of big sporting events - all of which will be shown live on our big screens and all TVs. The Heineken Cup Final is on Saturday 18th May. Shame there is not an Irish team in the final but we are sure Dublin will welcome the two French Teams and a lively weekend will be had by all. Champions League final on Saturday 25th will bring the Germans to London and we will have a special selection of German Beers on offer. Check out our blackboard for details. Wednesday 29th sees the friendly England v Ireland. Tickets are all sold for this match but come to The Porterhouse and support your country.

Our amazing new Tapas Bar - The Port House at 417 Strand goes from strength to strength. We are getting excellent feedback from customers so well worth a visit when you are in the area.
